    Arlington has the tenth smallest under-construction apartments in the nation.
    That’s according to a new study by the website RentCafe.
    The average size of apartments under construction in Arlington is 742 square feet, according to the site, while average apartment sizes in the county have shrunk by 23 square feet over the past decade.
