Many regular pumpkin spice latte recipes are INCREDIBLY high in sugar content. Places like Starbucks make them with liquid sugar and has about 7 teaspoons of added sugar.

Ingredients for Your Keto Bulletproof Pumpkin Spice Latte
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup of full fat, unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter or ghee, softened
- 1 cup of 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of stevia (or erythritol) to taste
- 1 tablespoon cream
Optional, but highly recommended for the TASTY factor;
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of raw whipped cream
- A sprinkle of nutmeg
How to Make a Keto Bulletproof Pumpkin Spice Latte
- Using a bowl safe for the microwave, whisk together the coconut milk, pumpkin puree, spice, and vanilla.
- Microwave the mixture for about 1 to 2 minutes until frothy. Be careful that this concoction doesn’t boil over.
- Using a tall mug, pour in the mixture.
- Add coffee (try using a french press, learn how to make delicious coffee here).
- Now add sweetener, butter or ghee and cream.
- Stir until blended. Drop a dollop of raw whipped cream on top and finish it off with a light dusting of nutmeg.
