Hi sir/ma'am having an issue with skin and face . White heads, pigmentation, and skin issues Basically skin shows like big pimples and bad condition how can I solve this scenario...

It can be cleared...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
