We're getting pounded by torrential rains for the second day this week. I'm thinking that by July 4th we ought to be able to skip the traffic jam in Virginia and just float on down.

I saw the blue circle of snow around Cleveland on the Intellicast radar map, and thought it had to be a mistake. Wow.

this MUST be some kind of a record---I don't remember ever getting snow past March! (and going into March was long enough!).. bahhhh!
(just amazing that it was 70's and we were wearing shorts a couple days ago and now it's down to 30!!!)

Isn't there a Tim McGraw song like that??..(I love it, I want it, I want some more of it.. hehe
That dreary rain is NO fun either! (not when you're expecting green grass and flowers and sunshine!)
I agree--I WANT Summer too (an actual Spring wouldn't be too shabby either!).. okay, all of us chant together now "BRING BACK SPRING! BRING BACK SPRING!" (maybe that'll work, ya never know! strength in numbers!) ;)
(I think we all have cabin fever--that's why we're losing it. hehe)

we haven't gotten ours yet, to get it tonight, but I KNEW we would. My husband always has to get snow on his onions/lettuce when he plants them and he just planted Thursday (couldn't get into the garden sooner because was too wet)
This is our onion snow. I know, I know, his aunt already hollered at him!

It was pouring, then a couple hours ago it started snowing. It gets white and melts, gets white... Pretty windy, our electric went out for a good one two three count. Just long enough that EVERYTHING needs to be reset. They cancelled all the outdoor activities at the Maple festival in Chardon. Thankfully, we're only involved in the theater part (inside) tomorrow. My daughter taught a little kids class, and they're putting on a short play she wrote for them, and then the teen class she takes is putting on a "mellow-drayma." We are always worried about finding a place to park, but the weather may take care of that! I don't even want to open the window blinds and look at it!!

Now it's snowing hard! Of course, it won't lay on the ground because it's been in the 60/70 this week and teh earth is too warm, but the air is full of snow!

This was Lake Erie last Sunday, at Presque Isle. Everything that's white is either snow or ice; the lake is frozen solid. That snow y'all are getting is heading our way. On the Pittsburgh news they said we've had snow as late as Memorial Day. 27 days and counting...

bleeeeck!
Putting out my kites at my shop today, which means spring is here! Oops, forgot to tell Mother Nature.
Four inches expected today. I hear we are 5 inches from setting an all-time snowfall total in N.Ohio -- I figure, what the heck, may as well go for it at this point!. I can feel the snowballs coming my way right now -- ouch!!!.
