Stopped byhere onWednesday for quick repairs since mytruck overheated onthe hills. Thought itwas mythermostat but they diagnosed that itwas myfan clutch. The repairs were super quick and back onthe road. Highly recommend for quick repairs!!!

My co-drive tow the truck inthis shop and left for fixing, they promised tofixed for 2-3days but they even teach the truck and charge for nothing, after 2-weeks myco driver tow the truck toanother shop, they won’t return his truck until hepaying the amount of$2670. Just for holding the truck inthe shop for 2-weeks, Iwon’t recommend anyone.........

There's arather long story involved here but tocut itshort; The gentleman here has changed myexperience with mechanics entirely. After not only agreeing tocome work onmy truck ona Sunday, interrupting his family time; they even handled the billing prices professionally and without trying toadd obscene orexcessive charges that tobe fair hevery easily could have.
American went out oftheir way tofind and retrieve the truck part, ensure mypersonal comfort, entertain and informme, pro
vide detailed cost break downs, and even recommendations for possible future issues that could become aresult ofthe issue being resolved. Even astep beyond and provided great options for part purchases for those possible future issues.I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone ofgood character and honest intentions asthe energy you bring will bereciprocated. Ivery rarely leave reviews for any businessesas, honestly, they never leave animpression onme.. but this place really had mefeel great about mychoice inmechanic work. Saved over $5,000just bychoosing American over adealership ortruck stop likeTA. Not only that but the customer treatment and even the mom and pop restaurant right bywere superb.
Wish there was away togive 6stars. Much love and respect goes tothis business and their future. Our company will definitely bea returning customer inthe future

Trent absolutely percent went well above and beyond what isconsidered the normal service call torepair mybosses truck. Broke notransportation besides the local cab company hegave mehis vehicle togo cash aTCHEK 60miles away from his shop. Heeven picked meup atthe various motels Iwas staying inand then dropped meback off like ashuttle service. All while not knowing anything about meor the owner ofmy truck. Professional, knowledgeable and just aold fashioned good hearted man which isvery rarely seen inthis day andage. Especially during this crazy election day with all the virus issues happening. Iheartily recommend this service technician and his shop thT absolutely goes the extra mile for atotal stranger.I honestly can't recommend better service orbetter people. Real people with down home attention and expertise. 5stars ishardly high enough. Mygratitude and admiration will always hold special memories for having done business withhim.

My ACwent out right before Imade itto SaludaNC. Stopped here after hours and the guy was still willing tofix itforme. Luckily hehad the ACcompressor instock. Hereplaced itand had myac working again.

This dude went above and beyond. Iblew myintercooler onthe way home from South Carolina and westopped athis shop. Hewas the only one that would help with myproblem. All other shops Icalled told meI was SOL until Monday orTuesday.. this shop gave meall options tocall auto part stores tofind parts. Then heshowed upwith anintercooler off ofa Ford F-350and said this might work. This isthe difference between atechnician and atrue mechanic!!!! After supplying the intercooler clamps rubber boots and some badass zippy ties and removing the hood wemade itthe 5hr trip home. Iwill always recommend this shop for going above and beyond when noother shop would help atall!!!… – show
