You are so right, Angela, isn't this year's recipes such a chance to look at what's next? I think more desserts are in my future -- let's see.

Oh! my word they all look so tempting. I did forward the dutch oven lemon chicken to my husband yesterday and hopefully will try it sometime with my new dutch oven. The pinwheel almond cookies look super cute. The spiced baked fish with avocado salsa is also one of my favorites from this list! Wonderful share Beth!

This is such great feedback, Nisha! I love the dutch oven and hope you will too -it's my backup plan for any meal. The pinwheel cookies are a family fovorite and I can't wait until my grandson is old enough to help make them.

So many yummy looking recipes. I really want to try the chicken in my Dutch oven. It's my favourite cooking pot but I have never used it to roast a chicken!

Thanks, Jacqui - oh, I love the dutch oven too, and it does a great job with the chicken. And whatever vegetables you place it on come out incredibly flavorful, too. I hope it works out great for you!
